are amongst the raft of acts announced for the line-up for The Kaylied Stage at the Lake District's Kendal Calling festival.
The stage will feature a diverse showcase, taking a traditional area & revelling in the love of cross-genre music. A mixed bag of eclectic delights will take to the Kaylied Stage with everything from folk to ska, soul to punk, electro to folk-pop, northern soul to Americana.
The festival's late night hot spot will be open until 3am, and will also play host to BBC 6Music's Craig Charles who returns to once again bring the festival to a close with some serious booty shaking.
The line-up also includes Baked A La Ska, The Lancashire Hotpots, Denis Jones, Skip 'Little Axe' McDonald, John Smith, Jesca Hoop, Kirsty Almeida, Matthew Halsall, Tankus the Henge, Ian King, Michael Kiwanuka, and The 1, 2, 3, 4s.
Also confirmed to appear are Jonathan Jeremiah, The Mouse Outfit, The Raghu Dixit Project, Kathryn Edwards, The See See, James Kelly, To Sophia, Joe Rose, Simon Connor, The Switch, Andy Needham, and Lazybones.
CEO of Band on The Wall, the stage's promoter, Gavin Sharp said, "We were delighted to be asked to curate the Kaylied stage at this years Kendal Calling and see this as a fantastic partnership between one of the UK's most exciting emerging boutique festivals and Band on the Wall, a music venue that prides itself on bringing together the best music from around the world."
Elsewhere Captain Hotknives has been announced for the Cafe Seran Stage.
Calvin Harris will headline the Friday night with the Saturday and Sunday headliners still to be announced. Also confirmed are Wild Beasts, The Futureheads, Ok Go, Dub Pistols, Erol Alkan, DJ Yoda, Plump DJs, High Contrast, Scratch Perverts, Elite Force, Justin Robertson, Danny Byrd, Doorly, Eskimo Twins, Emalkay, People Get Real, Rich Reason, Ken Evil, and Ash Howell, with more acts to be confirmed. Wax:On will take the reins in the Dance Tent on Saturday and Ape will host the arena on Sunday.

Tickets sold out last year for Kendal Calling which this year has also introduced a deposit scheme which enables ticket buyers to pay £30 now to secure a ticket and pay the rest later at no extra cost.
An adult ticket including 3 days and nights camping is priced at £85, a child (11-14 years) weekend ticket is priced at £45, and children under 11 can attend for free, but need a ticket. A campervan ticket is priced at £40.

Kendal Calling is held in the Lake District, over the weekend of Friday 30th July to Sunday 1st August and is a wholly independent festival returning for its fifth year and returning to the Lowther Estate, Kendal, in East Cumbria.
