Vegetarian society approved mobile caterers,specialising in Falafel and Meze.We work from a custom built kitchen providing nutritious ,fresh food at festivals and events.
Falafels
Our falafels are made from an authentic middle eastern recipe,using organic chickpeas,fresh herbs and spices.They are suitable for Vegans and are wheat free.Freshly prepared on site they are fried in vegetable oil(GM free) and served in a large pitta bread with delicious salads,our famous homemade Houmous,Tahini and Chilli sauces.
All Falafels are topped with a mouthwatering pickled chilli.
Ethical policy
Supplied by workers co-operatives ,fairtrading in healthfoods and organics using locally sourced fresh produce.
Conscious of our impact on the environment we actively support recycling and serve all food in biodegradable packaging.
Health and safety
Our staff are fully trained in all aspects of Health and safety including Mobile food hygiene,HACCP and Due dilligence
We are registered with Cambridge City Council,holding full inspection records and working closely with our local health and safety officer.

We are members of NCASS and The Vegetarian Society Food and Drink Guild.

Vegeteria offer a friendly, efficient service perfectly suited to the vibrant,colourful atmosphere of a festival or event.Our food can be eaten on the go and is quick to serve, making it ideal for events big and small.As well as our regular menu we also offer a variety of fairtrade snacks and drinks including a large selection of herbal teas and fruit juices.
