Festival appeal

Taking place inside a barn on rural farmland, each evening the festival has two stages offering live international and homegrown acts ranging from tango to rock 'n' roll, Gaelic ballads to indie rock, R&B blues harp to guitar fingerpicking, peppered with surprises and a broad palette of local art forms.

The style of the festival is deliberately aimed to appeal to all ages with children's features earlier in the evening. Seating at genuine 'Biergarten' tables on wooden flooring provides for good views of the two stages and the dance floor area. Refreshments will be available in the spacious bar in the barn's stone-arched alcoves by the main floor area.

High standard, professional outdoor catering is available on site providing German wurst, Scottish haggis and stovies, French crepe and gallettes and hamburgers.

As a family-friendly festival, the organisers would like to stress all under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. The festival has a professionally run bar so there is no requirement to bring alcoholic drinks to this event - any drinks brought in will be confiscated. Also to note is that the doors open at 7.15, music starts at 7.30pm and doors close around 10.00pm or earlier.
