Musicport World Music Festival '10

The 11th Musicport takes place from Friday 22nd until Sunday 24th October, at Bridlington Spa Theatre and Royal Hall, on Bridlington's sea front, which boasts an Edwardian theatre and art deco style 1930's ballroom.

Angelique Kidjo, The Imagined Village, Richard Hawley, Marta Sebestyen, Jah Wobble's Japanese Dub, Erik Mongrain, Amine & Hamza, Havana De Primera, Anxo Lorenzo Band, Invisible System, Guo Yue, Norma & Mike Waterson, New Rope String Band, Malinky, Albert Ross & The Otters, Joe Solo, and Samay.

Tickets

An adult weekend ticket is priced at £89.50, and £82.50 for concessions. A junior ticket (aged 11-17 years) is priced at £45, and children go free when an adult ticket is purchased. To buy tickets, click here.

Other entertainment

The festival also has workshops for adults including singing, dance, drumming, and didgeridoo. A programme of film, plenty of good cause and info stalls, trade stalls, and a Children's Festival.

Ale

Local brewery Wold Top are expected to return supplying their Wold Top Ale and last year's dark beer 'Musicporter'.
